If you are a Consumer, this Right of Withdrawal applies to you. Pursuant to Article 1, Paragraph 3 of the “Consumer Protection Law,” a consumer is a natural person who expresses an intention to purchase, purchases, or may purchase or use a good or service for purposes unrelated to their economic or professional activities.

Under the Right of Withdrawal, the Consumer may return the product within 14 days of the purchase without providing a reason for the return. The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.

When exercising the Right of Withdrawal, please note the following conditions:
- inspect the product but do not use it;
- retain and do not damage the product’s original packaging and contents.

If you wish to return the item, please fill out the return form (Return Form) and send it to us, along with proof of purchase, to Paltmales iela 2, Riga, LV-1002 (specifying SIA “No manis” as the recipient) via courier delivery to that address.
The customer is responsible for delivering the goods to the pickup point and covering the associated costs, ensuring appropriate shipping packaging—the original product packaging must be placed inside another shipping package. It is not possible to send the goods to a parcel locker or a Latvian Post office, as we will not be able to receive them in such cases. They must be delivered to the following address: Paltmales iela 2, Riga, LV-1002 (with SIA “No manis” listed as the recipient) via courier delivery to that specific address.

I want to return an item. What should I do?
1) Print out the return form and fill it out (Return Form)
2) Print out the electronic invoice.
3) Place the item in its original packaging inside a cardboard shipping box.
4) Place the completed return form and the electronic invoice inside the shipping box.
5) Send the package via Latvijas Pasts or a courier service to the following address: “SIA “NO MANIS””, Paltmales iela 2, Riga, LV-1002, Latvia
6) Send the shipment tracking code/number to the email address: [email protected].

Within 14 calendar days of receiving the items mentioned above, we will refund your money to the bank account you specified on the Right of Withdrawal form.
Please note! The right of withdrawal does not apply if you order specialized (custom-made) equipment (canicross harnesses, leashes, dog muzzles, hats, etc.). In accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255, “Regulations on Distance Contracts,” Article 22: A consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if (22.3) the item is manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or the item is clearly personalized.
